The farmhouse with stable is classified as cultural heritage. The owner would like the garden belonging to his house not to be obstructed at the moment. The outbuilding in the garden is also to remain in its present state.
The House, the stable, and the terrain have been captured by 3d laser scanning technology. The point cloud data after has been processed in ArchiCAD in our standard highest drawing standard.
Although only the evaluation of the facades with the indication of one-floor height each level was desired in this project, the whole structure is neatly worked out with a very high level of detail of all elements.
