The recent Hue Study Tour for our middle management team was an important reminder: sometimes, to go further, we need to be willing to slow down.

By stepping away from deadlines, KPIs, and daily operational pressure, each team member had the opportunity to step out of the usual routine. This was not just a trip, but a moment to reflect on how we work, communicate, and collaborate.
Slowing down does not reduce our speed — it helps us move in the right direction.
