The utmost important ethics and working principles will be openly shared with our new employees in the internal training program at VMTs. This program frequently lasts more than 3 months to ensure that our new ones will be well prepared and trained professionally before they take over the job because we ensure and emphazie that the quality of the work when we hand it over to the client is not only error-free, but also compliant with the standards strictly.
