The year-end party of VMT SOLUTIONS is an official company event with a meaningful purpose: to reflect on the past year and mark the close of our shared working journey before each member steps into the Tet holiday season with family.

A key highlight of the evening was the recognition of employees who have dedicated 10 years to the company. They are the first generation who laid the foundation for the formation and development of VMT SOLUTIONS.
Today, they have become our core leadership team playing a vital role in maintaining our reputation and service quality, while mentoring and training the next generations of professionals with strong expertise and responsibility.

After 12 years of formation and growth, VMT SOLUTIONS continues to maintain stable, resilient momentum. From the very beginning, the company defined a clear direction: people are the core foundation rather than prioritizing short-term profit.
Co-founder Huỳnh Sĩ Nguyên has always been committed to creating opportunities for Vietnamese talent to take on higher value-added work, participate in notable international projects, and gradually elevate the position of Vietnamese professionals in the global market.
From a complementary perspective, co-founder Walter Villa highly appreciates Vietnam’s young workforce for their diligence, discipline, and willingness to learn qualities that many European companies actively seek.
